              * fAKTA MENARIK DIBALIK SUNNAH NABI MUHAMMAD SAW *

   1. Anjuran Buang Air Kecil Sambil Jongkok Bagi Laki-laki
       Abdurrahman Bin Hasanah mengatakan,'' nabi saw pernah keluar bersama kami dan di tangannya terdapat sesuatu yang berbentuk perisai, lalu beliau meletakkannya kemudian beliau duduk, lalu buang air kecil menghadapnya.'' ( HR. Abu Daud )
       Rasul menganjurkan bagi laki-laki untuk buang air kecil sambil jonggkok dan menekan perut bagian kiri, hal itu dapat melancarkan air kencing mudah untuk mengalir sampai habis dan hal tersebut terhidar dari kencing batu atau batu karang.

2. Jangan Meniup makanan dan minuman yang panas
    Sebagaimana dalam hadits Ibnu Abbas menuturkan, '' Bahwasanya Nabi Muhammad SAW melarang bernafas pada bejana minuman atau meniupnya". ( HR. At Turmidzi )
    Alasannya: ketika makanan atau minuman kita tiup, lalu karbon dioksida dari mulut akan meningkat uap dari makanan atau minuman dan akan menghasilkan asam karbonat yang akan mempengaruhi tingkat keasaman dalam darah kita, sehingga akan menyebabkan darah menjadi lebih asam dari yang seharusnya dan pH dalam darah menurun.

3. Mencelupkan lalat yang jatuh pada minuman
   '' jika jatuh seekor lalat pada minuman kalian, maka benamkanlah karena disalah satu sayapnya terdapat penyakit dan pada sayap yang satunya lagi terdapat penawarnya''. ( HR. Bukhari )

4. Anjuran Tidur menghadap ke kanan
    '' jika kalian hendak tidur dipembaringan, berwudhulah seperti wudhu untuk shalat, kemudian berbaringlah kamu dengan berbaring  dilambung kananmu. ( HR. Bukhari & Muslim )
     Alasannya : posisi tidur menghadap kekanan ialah posisi tidur terbaik yang dianjurkan oleh rasulullah. karena saat kita tidur dalam posisi ini, jantung hanya akan terbebani oleh paru-paru sebelah kiri yang ukurannya lebih kecil dari paru-paru sebelah kanan. selain itu,  tidur dalam posisi ini akan menempatkan hati pada posisi yang stabil. tidur dalam posisi ini sanagat baik untuk sistem pencernaan.
    penelitian menunjukkan saat kita tidur dengan posisi menyamping kekanan, makanan akan mampu dicerna oleh usus dalam waktu 2,5 sampai 4,5 jam. sedangkan dalam posisi tidur yang lain, makanan baru akan dicerna setelah 5 sampai 8 jam.

                          a flourish            

 A nauseous knell peal and bark in my kidney,
a hourglass  pull up half of my age,
 my pathetic fingers float in mud,
and I hear a nebulous jeer from hawk,but

     My thumb and middle swim in mud to create flourish,
      a colt dwell in thumb  and flow in colorless paper, 
     without mushy, gripe, and pule,
     but it will be capture of a flourish.

                                           Meeting at Night

the gray sea the long black land,

and the yellow half-moon large and low,

and the startled little waves that leap,

in fiery ringlets from their sleep,

as I gain the cove with pushing prow,

and quench its speed I' the slushy sand.

then a mile of warm sea-scented beach,

three fields to cross till a farm appears,

a tap at the pane, the quick shaarp scratch,

and blue spurt of a lighted match,

and a voice less loud, through its joy and fears,

Than the two hearts beating each to each!

                                       Rindu
Gerak ilalang mendayu sendu
Menendangkan lagu yang berselendangkan rindu
Suara yang pernah meggema luntur dihempas syahdu
Lalu pecah berkeciprakkan pilu.

    Belati yang kerap kurayu
    Namun tajamnya menikam jantungku
    Bak dua kubang embun yang mengepung di mataku
    Lalu layu jatuh menangkap sendu.

                     '' Hearing of harvest....''

Hearing of harvest rotting in the valley,
seeing at end of street the barren mountains,
round corners coming suddenly on water, 
knowing them shipwrecked who were lauched for island,
we honour founders of these starving cities,
whose honor is the image of our sorrow.

              which cannot see its likeness in ther sorrow,
              that brought them desperate to the brink of valleys,
              dreaming of evening walks through  learned cities,
              they reined their violent horses on the mountains,
              those fields like ships to castaway on island,
              vision of green to them that craved for water...

The force that through the green fuse drives the flower
drives my green age, that blasts the roots of trees
 my destroyer
and I am dumb to tell the crooked rose

                     my youth is bent by the same wintry fever.
                     the force that drives the water through the rocks
                     drives my red blood, that dries the mouthng streams
                      turn mine of wax

and I am dumb to mouh into my veins
how at the mountain spring the same mouth sucks.
the hand that whirls the water in the pool
stirs the quicksand, that ropes the blowing wind

                      hauts my shroud sail
                      and I am dumb to tell the hanging man
                      how of my clay is made the hangman's line....

the leaves of shake sing weakly..

murmur of the wet wind tell: about a hopelessness and giving up...

my hope rip

but my wish at the bud of the tree....

                  however the suffering as sharp knife...

            I have to walk in the spot light...

LEARNING CONTRACT

Learning Contract

In this semester exactly in the sixth semester, I want to increasing my ability in micro teaching class. It is caused I have still weakness in teaching. Not only my way to teaching, but also mastery of a variety of material for teaching. Therefore, I must learn and motivate myself to find solutions in order to mastering micro teaching lesson.

To achieve what I expect, so I will start from my daily learning planning.

       1.      Monday

At 5.30 a.m. – 6.30 a.m. I repeat my last material in micro teaching class.

       2.      Tuesday

At 8.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. I learn new material that can be taught in Junior and Senior High School.

       3.      Wednesday

At 5.30 p.m – 6.30 p.m. I watch the video that related to material that I need.

       4.      Thursday

At 10.00 a.m – 11 a.m. . I seek many kinds of technique that is suitable for my teaching performance.

       5.      Friday

At 5.30 a.m – 6.30 a.m I practice teaching.

       6.      Saturday

At 5.30 a.m – 6.30 a.m. I evaluate my performance before and then correct where I do mistakes.

       7.      Sunday

At 5.30 a.m – I learn a new title again to my next teaching.

All of my planning above must make me better in micro teaching class. It means that I have some targets for my completion in successful learning, such as :

     1.      I must confidence in teaching.

     2.      I will practice to teach well.

     3.      I am able to mastering the material.

     4.      I must can set the class well.

     5.      The audiences or the students can understand what I tell them.

I will record each my performances. When I see my videos during in micro teaching class process, I can observe what the progress I have gotten. I also listen to how the comment of my lecture about my performances. If she gives positive comment, It will be a positive feedback for me that I have learned so well and vise versa.

TASK BASED INTRUCTION

       Task-Based Language Instruction, is the second of the three articles published in this bulletin discussing the approach. The general overview that includes the definition and the rationale of task-based language instruction will be outlined. Then, how task-based language instruction creates effective learning processes will be presented.


The principles include:

1. Making errors is natural and is considered as a part of the process in acquiring the target  language.

2. Exposure to comprehensible input is crucial.

3. Learning tasks facilitating learners to engage in interactions are essential.

4. Learners need to be encouraged to produce the target language as producing the target language facilitates learning.

5. Although language production may be encouraged from the early stage in the learning process, it is reasonable to allow a silent period.

6. Focus on form is necessary.

7. Second language teaching and learning pace should be made reasonable for both learners with higher and lower aptitude.
8. Language learning tasks should be varied to cater for the needs for both extrovert and introvert learners.

9. Learning tasks should encourage learners to attend to both meaning and form and be varied in order to accommodate learners with different learning strategy preferences.

10. Teaching and learning processes should foster motivation and minimize learner anxiety.

11. The choice of teaching and learning tasks and content (subject matter) should be based on learner age.

12. Learning tasks should arouse and maintain learners‟ learning motivation.
The following discussion shows how task-based language instruction reflects the principles in its practice. But first, it is necessary to look at frameworks for task-based language instruction.
